Pilgrim Progress

The Pilgrim Progress began in the Town of Plymouth in 1921, during the Tercentennarycelebration of the landing of the Pilgrims. It was re-constructed based on an eye-witness account of the Pilgrims going to Church that was given by Isaac DeRaisiers, a Dutch trader, in 1627. Plymouth Rock Foundation coordinates the staffing of these re-enactments each summer as well as the one on Thanksgiving Day.
